Use your work email and workspace password. If this is your first login, Cadence may ask you to set a new password before opening the workspace.
Use Forgot password from the login page to request a reset.
Check that the email address matches the address invited to your Cadence workspace.
If your company uses SSO, ask your workspace admin whether SSO enforcement is enabled.
Admin settings
Workspace admins can configure identity settings, employee imports, and workspace setup from the admin modules in the app.
For SSO, validate IdP metadata before testing a redirect.
Run a test redirect before enabling tenant-wide SSO enforcement.
Keep a non-SSO admin recovery path available until your identity provider is confirmed.
Calendar settings
Calendar connections let Cadence write 1:1 scheduling changes to an organizer calendar without exposing meeting notes, coaching, or transcripts.
Open the calendar connection panel from the 1:1 meeting dashboard or scheduler.
Connect Microsoft 365 when your workspace is ready to write Cadence-created 1:1 events.
Revoke or reconnect a provider from the same panel if authorization changes.
Job architecture
Job Architecture defines role families, levels, competencies, and assignments that become context for coaching, reviews, and calibration.
People Ops admins can create job families and levels from the Job Architecture module.
Publish role context only after the ladder and competency expectations match the tenant rollout plan.
Use assignments to connect employees to the current role context Cadence should surface.
